Safety Compliance

 MagnaPlay Toys have been tested by a CPSC accredited third party safety testing lab in the United States. Our products are assembled and/or packaged in the United States in order to control quality.

MagnaPlay certifies that its products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. Our products meet the following requirements for Lead content (< 90 ppm in surface coating and/or 300 ppm in substrate), and Phthalate Content (< 0.1% of DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DnOP). They also meet the ASTM F963-07 and 16 CFR standards requirements for physical and mechanical tests, flammability test, small parts and labeling requirements for children’s products.
