We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell. If at any time in the next 30 days you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund for the price paid for the product minus the shipping charge. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges for returns.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. To receive a full refund, the products must be unused and in good condition. Exceptions will be made only if the shipped products were defective.
All Returns must include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by MagnaPlay. Send us an email to email@example.com and we will email you an RMA number.
