Payment Policy

You can buy with confidence at our site as our Checkout process is SAFE and SECURE. We use PAYPAL for processing credit cards and hence you can rest assured that your information is secure. You do not have to create an account with PayPal to purchase products from our store and you will not be charged any fee for the transaction. You can use your own credit card when you click on the “Place Order” button to pay for your purchase.

Return Policy

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell. If at any time in the next 30 days you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund for the price paid for the product minus the shipping charge. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges for returns.

Opened Foohy Dry Erase Marker Packs will not be accepted for returns.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE. To receive a full refund, the products must be unused and in good condition. Exceptions will be made only if the shipped products were defective.

All Returns must include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by MagnaPlay. Send us an email to customersupport@magnaplay.com and we will email you an RMA number.
